Looking to do something about your weight?

You can self-refer to the ‘Foodwise’ programme via the ‘Hywel Dda Be Well’ programme (previously known as Education Programmes for Patients (EPP)). More information can be found here https://hduhb.nhs.wales/healthcare/services-and-teams/education-programmes-for-patients/ or search ‘Hywel Dda Be Well’ on Facebook. Please note there are a wide variety of other courses available to support lifestyle, chronic symptoms or chronic disease.

If your BMI is 30 or more, you are eligible to self-refer to the Hywel Dda weight management programme online here: https://hduhb.nhs.wales/healthcare/services-and-teams/weight-management-service/ This is also the route for anyone looking for injectable medication or weight loss surgery.
