The NHS wales app is still in it's testing phase, and this means that some parts of it are not yet working fully.
If you have used the NHS App or other NHS websites or apps such as coronavirus (COVID-19) services, you should enter the email address you used to register for them.

We cannot currently provide a linkage key - you have to verify your identity via the app by providing ID.

Waiting times
The Wales NHS 111 website now provides information on waiting times by speciality at each health board. Whilst this doesn’t tell individuals where they are on the waiting list it does provide up to date information on the range of current waiting times for the speciality and health board for which they are waiting.
